I would like to start by saying my experience with Custom Door Shop was exceptional. By far the best construction experience I have had at my home. Christina, provided excellent service and knowledge, answering all my questions and made sure I knew what to expect from start to finish. Her transparency and professionalism was superb. Tom was punctual and made sure he was on time to measure my front doors! Leo and his install crew, was also always on time, from coming out to measure to each day on installation. Answered all my questions, and were very professional! I am extremely happy with my new Impact windows and doors. They are beautiful! Thank you for providing such amazing service and making my experience seamless!

Great door and excellent installation. People are good to work with and responsive until final payment. The jamb extension and outside trim were extended too low. Granted, I was out of town the day the installer came back to install the extension and ext trim. When I emailed a request to have someone come back and cut the jamb extension and exterior casing up, I even offered to pay for it. Eric at CDS replied and said he would send to service but I never heard back from anyone. I have emailed two more times and give up. Even a professional “no” would be appreciated. Ignoring your customer until they go away is a bad practice. You guys and your product are better than that. 1/28/23 - After reading my post, the manager called back and explained the tech never relayed the message and no longer work there. I rescheduled they came out and did a fantastic job. Thank you!

The employee was so helpful and explained well. It's perfect for the contractors and big companies. We didn't get what we need coz we're looking for specific materials and parts that this company don't have it. Instead, he recommended to go to other store.

We purchased a large single front door from Custom Door Shop. Solid wood and beautifully stained to the color we chose. Our door was hung with such care and precision by their installers.
