As you are all aware, we are in uncharted territory. The news is constantly changing and voluntary/government mandated closures are happening on a daily basis. We have seen a lot in our 20 years of business, and we are now facing another new challenge. However, you can rest assured that we will get through this, and come out stronger on the other side.

We at Custom Door Shop have built our business by ensuring that our customers receive nothing but the absolute best when it comes to service, quality, value, and, of course, safety.

What this means is that we will use every necessary precaution to make your “at home” visit and assist our customers in a safe manner – no need to visit our showrooms if that is your choice.

For example:

• Custom Door Shop is able to provide a contact-free online experience, allowing customers to view our large gallery of door and impact window photos on our website. Each sample has been individually labeled for easy selection.
• Customers can then email us with their own exterior measurements (and/or make an “at home” appointment – we will take all necessary precautions for everyone’s safety, such as taking measurements from the outside of the home without needing entry), and receive an emailed estimate*, and even a final contract electronically.

If you feel more comfortable visiting our two extensive showrooms, you can rest assured that they are each being cleaned and disinfected regularly. In addition, hand sanitizer will be provided for every customer to use while on the premises.

We will be keeping our showroom hours open as long as possible and can also do appointment-only in the showroom.

We understand that these are unsettling times for everyone. We will continue to stay committed to supporting you, our valued customer.
