What is Faux Finishing?

Faux Finishing is a decorative feature that involves layering paint glazes and plasters to create various effects.   Faux Finishing is not like painting, painters use rollers and sprayers to quicken the job, Faux Finishing is applied methodically by hand, which can take up to 6 times longer, even for a simple application. From textured Garage/Exterior/Interior doors, Transoms to Windows, combinations of glazes can create the depth a standard paint job can never achieve.  The effects are endless.
